Mechanical preparation and rider-focused setup for your next track or race day.
Enquire / BookWhether it is your first track day or a dedicated race bike, preparation begins with the fundamentals: mechanical condition, tyres, brakes, controls and a setup that suits the rider.
We consider the bike as a complete package. A change to one component can affect the way the rest of the motorcycle works, so preparation is planned together.
Bring your event or organiser requirements when booking. Scrutineering and event acceptance remain with the organiser; preparation is tailored to the requirements you provide.

Carefully chosen upgrades that work together as a complete motorcycle setup.
Enquire / BookThe best upgrade starts with a clear goal. Tell us what you want to improve and how you ride. We consider compatibility, condition and intended use so the parts work together.
We discuss fitment, supporting work and suitability before recommending a combination. Road and track requirements can differ, so intended use forms part of the conversation.
Combine upgrades with Suspension Service & Tuning or Race & Track Preparation for a more complete setup.

Forks, rear shocks and a setup that suits your weight, motorcycle and riding.
Enquire / BookSuspension should suit the motorcycle, rider weight and intended use. We work with road, sports, track, race, adventure and off-road motorcycles, starting with the condition of the components and the way the bike behaves.
We discuss your riding, assess the current setup and select changes to suit the bike. Servicing, spring selection and damping adjustment play different roles; the right combination depends on the hardware and the symptoms.
We service, supply and fit suspension products from leading OEM and aftermarket manufacturers. Talk to us about K-Tech, YSS, Öhlins and Race Tech, and support for your specific fork or shock. Availability and serviceability are checked before work is booked.
Suspension works alongside tyres, brakes and chassis condition. For a complete preparation, explore Race & Track Preparation or Motorcycle Service & Repairs.

Our workshop focuses on motorcycles, with the mechanical, diagnostic and suspension knowledge to consider the whole bike throughout the repair.

Registration inspections for motorcycles, by appointment in Banksmeadow.
Enquire / BookBook your motorcycle inspection at our Banksmeadow workshop. If you are unsure which report you need, contact us with your motorcycle and registration details before booking.
A Safety Inspection Report, commonly called a pink slip or eSafety Check, applies to eligible NSW vehicles requiring a safety inspection for registration renewal. Your renewal notice tells you whether an inspection is required.
An Authorised Unregistered Vehicle Inspection Scheme (AUVIS) report is commonly known as a blue slip. It covers safety, design and identity requirements for unregistered vehicles and may be needed in other registration circumstances.
Inspection requirements and any repairs will depend on your motorcycle. An inspection does not guarantee a pass.

Routine maintenance designed to keep your motorcycle reliable, safe and performing as it should.
A more comprehensive scheduled service for motorcycles reaching a major manufacturer maintenance interval.
These are examples of work that may be included, not a fixed package for every motorcycle. We confirm the applicable work and estimate for your bike before proceeding.
We supply and fit tyres, inspect and repair braking systems, and look after chains, sprockets, fluids and general mechanical wear. Product selection starts with your motorcycle and how you use it.
Depending on the application, options include Pirelli, Michelin, Metzeler, Dunlop and Mitas tyres; SBS and Brembo brake components; Motul, Motorex and Castrol lubricants; and NGK, DNA and K&N service components. Compatibility and availability are checked for each job.
A fault code is a starting point. We investigate the system, check the evidence and use appropriate tests before recommending parts.
Coverage depends on the motorcycle, system and available diagnostic access.
